What To Expect When You Order
Upon placing your order, an 'Order Confirmation' email will be sent to you, acknowledging that we have received your order.
We verify the availability of your order with our suppliers to determine if it's in stock and ready for immediate shipment. While most premade saunas and accessories are typically ready for immediate delivery, custom saunas will require more time before they can be shipped (please refer to the Shipping Timeline below for more details).
Once your order is confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, we'll swiftly send your items on their way (unless your order involves a special case sauna, as noted earlier). On the day of shipment, we'll email the tracking details to the address you provided during checkout, so you can keep an eye on your package's journey.

Where We Ship:
At present, we offer Free Shipping services across the contiguous United States. Additionally, we are able to ship to Alaska and Hawaii, though this will involve an additional charge. "**IMPORTANT REMINDER** Should you need services beyond our regular delivery parameters, such as a challenging drop-off location, a 'difficult delivery fee' could apply. If you're unsure about your delivery address, don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we'll gladly provide further assistance.
Shipping Timeline:
Due to the custom nature of many of our saunas, some will take at least 3-4 weeks before they are ready to ship. Please Chat or Call Us To get an estimated lead time!
Sauna accessories and premade saunas are the exceptions to the rule. If they are in-stock they should be delivered after payment is processed:
- The Order Cut Off Time is 10 pm PST
- 1-2 Day Order Handling Time
- 3-5 Day Transit Time
*IMPORTANT NOTICE* In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, supplier unavailability, or price changes, your order might experience delays. Don't worry, though! Our dedicated customer support expert will contact you using the details you provided in the order form. We'll give you a clear explanation of what's going on, why the delay occurred, and any alterations to the ordered items. If these changes don't align with your preferences, you have the right to cancel the order at that point.
When Your Shipment Arrives
1. Before you sign any paperwork, take a moment to carefully examine the delivered items:
a. Look for any noticeable signs of damage, like dents, scratches, or punctures. It's important to mention these issues when you sign the delivery receipt. By signing the receipt without noting damage, you're indicating that you've received the entire order in flawless condition. If you don't report damage, it might lead to delays or rejection of freight claims.
2. Verify the count of all items in your package to make sure nothing is missing:
a. If you discover any missing pieces, please notify us within 48 hours by sending an email to sales@saunawellnessshop.com or using our 'Contact Us' page. It's essential to act within this 48-hour timeframe, as we won't be able to replace any missing items after this period.
3. In case of "concealed" damages (damages not apparent during delivery), please promptly report them by sending an email to sales@saunawellnessshop.com or using our 'Contact Us' page.
Refusing Your Package
If you decline to accept the delivery of your order for reasons other than damaged goods or shipping errors, a restocking fee of 20% along with any relevant shipping charges will apply.
