Returns & Exchange Policy

 By placing an order through Sauna Wellness Shop, you agree to the terms below. We work with the top brands and establish these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund an return methods and procedures. These policies apply to the Unite States of America.

Golden Design, Dynamic & Maxxus Sauna Policy

I. Liabilities
Sauna Wellness Shop and any of its subsidiaries and/or associates shall not be held responsible for any misuse of the sauna by the customer. Sauna Wellness Shop and/or associates shall not be held liable for any damage and/or injury caused by customer misuse of product.


Sauna Wellness Shop and any of its subsidiaries and/or associates do not provide medical guidance or diagnosis. It is always recommended that you contact your physician for advice.


II. Cancellation and Return Policy
Buyer may cancel and return the goods to Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.


Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.


All returned goods must be in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.

 

III. Shipping, Handling and Restocking Fees
All cancelled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following: a) storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods; b) handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each sauna; c) all shipping costs to and from the Seller, and; d) a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number provided by Seller. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any returned shipment and Buyer paying all costs and fees. All such costs and fees as determined by Seller shall be paid by Buyer to Seller upon demand by Seller

7 DAY RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your Sauna for whatever reason, please call us to request a return merchandise authorization number. You can return the sauna within 7 days of receiving it. Please remember that all items for return should be in their original condition and packaging.Because a sauna which is opened and even installed is no longer new, we cannot resell it; for this reason, only unopened packages will be accepted for returns. Prior written return authorization is required. Any returned sauna must be in its original cartons and packaging at the time of the return request. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep the sauna in its original cartons and packaging if return is requested. The sauna must also be secured on the same crate prior to the freight company picking it up. Customers are responsible for return freight shipping, as well as a 25% restocking fee. If you cancel after the product has been shipped and in transit you will be charged the actual cost of the outbound and returned shipping costs, regardless of what promotion was offered when you purchased the sauna. If you cancel before the product is shipped you will be charged a 3% credit card transaction fee.

After we receive the sauna for inspection, we will issue a refund of the sauna. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in resalable condition, including all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days RMA was issued.

The seven day return does not apply to custom saunas. Custom saunas are non-refundable. However, if there any any aspect of the sauna that came damaged or broken, we will rebuild the parts and ship it to you at our cost. We guarantee our work or we will make it again to your satisfaction.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. If you cancel before the product is shipped, you will only be charged a 3% credit card transaction fee because that is what the credit card company charges us. If you cancel after the 24 hour period, then your chair has already been shipped and you will be charged the cost of the outbound and returned shipping costs, regardless of what promotion was offered when you purchased the chair.


7 DAY TRIAL PERIOD

Once you receive the chair, you have 7 days to use the chair. If you are unhappy with your chair for whatever reason, please call us to request a return merchandise authorization number. You can return the chair within 7 days of receiving it. Please remember that all items for return should be in their original condition and packaging.   The original packaging can be purchased for $550 which includes all of the pads and boxes if you do not have it. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep the original cartons and packaging.  You must also put the chair back in the original packing and strap it on the pallet it came in prior to the freight company picking it up. Customers are responsible for all freight shipping charges and white glove fees, as well as a 25% restocking fee no matter what was offered when you purchase the chair.

After receiving the massage chair and inspection, we will issue a refund of the chair. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in resalable condition, including all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days RMA was issued.


Accesories are refundable within 7 days minus a 25% restocking fee and the shipping fees. Massage chair covers are non-refundable because they are hand tailored to fit the chair. All sales are final after the 7 day trial period. The 7 day trial for the massage chair only applies to internet orders. All other orders including cash sales, bank wires, check payments and down payments orders at discounted prices are final. There are no refunds offered on cash purchases. However, if you do not like the chair, you can always pay the difference to upgrade to a different model.

Order Cancelation Policy

1) Any cancellations after order being placed will result in a $65.00 cancellation fee

2) Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be canceled

Order Change Policy

1) For all Canadian Timber Collection products, Customers will have 24 hours to change the order for the $65.00 change fee. After 24 hours, the order can not be changed.

2) After the product has shipped, if the Customer wants to change the ship to address, a $250 fee will apply 

Return Policy

1) Our stated return policy is: We do not accept returns

a. It is very expensive to return products back across the border

2) If a product must be returned to the factory, the following will apply:

a. 20% Restocking fee
b. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs to the factory
c. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition
d. Leisurecraft will inspect the product upon return and Leisurecraft will be the sole decider of the condition of the product and the amount of the refund

Customer Responsibilities:

  • If the crate arrives damaged, you can accept the shipment, however, please take pictures of the damage, and note the damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading (BOL). Immediately, contact us, so we can contact the shipper and the manufacturer.
  • Mark the Bill of Lading (BOL) with “(Crate arrived open/damaged- Possible Hidden Damage.”

Customer Refusal to Accept Delivery

  • If a customer refuses delivery, the following will apply:
    1. 15% Restocking charge
    2. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and rerouting costs to the new delivery address

Maya Bath Policy

CANCELLATION & RETURNS
We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled minus all shipping costs and a restocking fee of 25%. The grace period to return a product is 20 calendar days from when the product is delivered to your location. The product must be in its original condition including packaging materials, crates, boxes and all pamphlets.  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs; those charges will be deducted from your refund.  The product should be returned in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam. We will provide a refund minus the shipping costs in the same manner the order was placed. It is the customers’ responsibility to confirm the product will comply with their state, county or city codes and is a buyer responsibility to review the spec sheets prior to their purchase. If you purchased with a credit card, you will be refunded on the same card.

PACKAGE INSPECTION
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is obvious damage, please note the damages on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 72 hours to report the damage, by either e-mail or phone. Please retain all original boxes and packaging.

Ice Barrel Policy

Domestic (US Customers) Return Policy:

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

  1. If your product arrives damaged, we will ship you a new product at no cost.
  2. You can return the product for a refund less restocking fees within 30 days of delivery. Return and restocking fees of 30% apply. The restocking fee covers return shipping, cleaning if required, and repackaging of the product. The product needs to be in its original condition and shipped with the original packaging to be accepted. If the product is not in its original condition and packaging it will NOT be accepted.
  3. Accessories and Wears are not eligible for returns. If accessories or wears arrive damaged please contact returns@icebarrel.com.
  4. Any and all modifications to any products not authorized in writing by Ice Barrel Inc. are not eligible for returns and will be void from warranties.

Ice Barrel Return Process:

  1. Please contact returns@saunawellnessshop.com for a return shipping label within 30 days of the order date.
  2. Shipment will be scheduled for pick up within 2-5 days of the label being sent. A party must be present for pickup.
  3. Once the product is received it will be inspected, if the return is accepted a refund will be issued within 1-2 weeks. The original payment method will be refunded less the 30% restocking fee.

Ice Barrel Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering the “Shipped” stage. Once it has entered the Shipped stage, the order may not be canceled. The entire order must be canceled, you can not cancel specific items. To cancel an order, please contact info@icebarrel.com. If your order is eligible to be canceled, Ice Barrel will send you an email confirmation of the cancellation. If you are unable to cancel an order because it has moved to the “Shipped” stage, you may return it as long as it meets the criteria listed above in our Return Policy.

Dreampod Return & Refund Policy 

- All return and refund customer communication will be handled by the authorized retailer (Sauna Wellness Shop)

- The customer has a 30-day window from the date they received the item to return it for a refund.

-The item must be unused and in the same condition they received it, including the original packaging.

- They must include the receipt or proof of purchase with the return.

- Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of receipt. We will provide you with an update on the status of your refund after inspecting the item

- If the return is approved, we will issue you a refund equal to the amount we received from you for this specific item, minus the shipping cost.

- The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping when returning the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable

.- A restocking fee of 20% of the sales will be charged to the client to cover any expenses that cannot be recovered due to the return.

 

OTHER RETURNS 

Supplier only accepts returns of new and uninstalled items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact returns@saunawellnessshop.com to begin the returns process. Before sending anything back, please email Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. If the return is required due to damage, please include pictures, and whether the shipping damage was noted upon signing for the delivery. Bathing Brands covers the shipping costs for returns due to shipping damage or a Bathing Brands error.   

If your customer simply wants to return the product, you are not charged a set restocking fee for returns. We strongly recommend that items are shipped back to Bathing Brands insured using the same method it was shipped out, Ground or LTL. Once the product comes back to supplier it is inspected for damage. If there is no damage, you will be issued a credit for the full amount that you paid, less any required restocking fee $50 depending on the product. If the product is damaged, you will be notified to issue a claim with your shipper.
